Itinerary
Our experienced crew will take you on a 2 day voyage around the Whitsunday islands. You can expect to visit Blue Pearl Bay, Nara Inlet, Mantaray Bay, Cataran Bay, Whitehaven Beach and Cid Harbour.
When you're not sailing, you will have the opportunity to swim with the tropical fish and snorkel the fascinating coral reefs, There's also time to explore the beautiful beaches and islands.
At the end of each day we will stop in well protected island anchorages, so your overnight stays are really comfy. Itineraries are flexible to best meet guest needs and prevailing weather conditions
Meals
To top off your adventure, we provide a feast of freshly prepared meals.
Continental breakfast- Morning tea of fruit cake, tea & coffee
- Lunch of quiches, breads, pasta and green tossed salads plus fresh tropical fruits
- Pre-dinner snacks of of nachos, cheese, dips & crackers
- Dinner of succulent chicken breast cooked on the BBQ, served with Rice, satay, salad and breads
- Dessert of fruit and custard

About Boomerang
Raced under the name Ondine VII, and achieved great success including 1st place in the World Maxi Series Race, plus races in the USA, Japan and NZ.
Up until late 2001 Boomerang was still competing in tough Ocean Races, such as the Auckland to Suva Race. Winner of the 2002 Whitsunday Fun Race!
Maxi Boomerang, designed by German Frers, and built in Italy is a sloop design, 83ft in length, 20ft wide, built of high tech Carbon Fibre with a mast extending 110ft above the deck. In March 2009 Boomerang had an extensive refit inside and out and presents in wonderful condition.
Whitsunday Charters in 2002 Boomerang had a new interior fitted for Whitsunday Sailing Tours. The boat is huge downstairs and open plan, some of the many features include headroom throughout higher than 6ft, 3 dining tables, 3 toilets and showers. On deck the boat is really wide, so there's space to chill out. One thing's for sure?. The thoroughbred racing background will ensure a sailing tour aboard Boomerang will be an exciting experience.
