3 Day Great Barrier Reef

Join us as we explore one of the Great Barrier Reefs most beautiful coral cays, where we will experience the life and death struggle of migrating birds, turtles and coral, in a place that many would call "Nirvana". Here we will explore this fragile Island on a fully guided and informative tour. Snorkelling, diving and deep sea fishing is what this place is famous for, as we encounter colours and beauty unsurpassed any where in the world. During winter, the Whale Watching is some of the best in the world.

Turtles use Lady Musgrave Island as a major nesting area. It is not uncommon to see baby turtles hatching and trying to make it to sea. You can even go for a swim with the turtles as they wait patiently at a cleaning station for the little fish to clean their body of parasites.

Under Sea Adventures offer a diving option for those who would like to experience the thrill of going down deep while on the reef.

Day 1: Brisbane to Agnes Waters

• Depart Surfers Paradise
• See amazing views on your road trip to the Reef
• Lunch at Bundaberg
• Arrive at Agnes Waters (Town of 1770) at approx 2.30 pm - Check into Resort
• Enjoy FREE Activities such as swimming at the beach or pool, body boarding, relaxing on the beach.
• Dinner back at Resort
• Spend the night on the beach or night life at the Resort.

Day 2: Lady Musgrave Island

• Breakfast
• Depart on the Spirit of 1770 for Lady Musgrave Island for our day on the Coral lagoon.
• Lunch on board the boat.
• Optional Diving from $55 - $85. Deep Sea Fishing $10
• Learn to throw the Boomerangs
• FREE Sunset Tour if time and weather permits
• Dinner back at Resort
• Spend the night on the beach or night life at the Resort.

Day 3: Optional Activities, Return to Brisbane

• Breakfast
• Depart Resort and go to beach, enjoy optional Surfing Lesson, Swimming, Thundercat Rides and more, (According to Tour Guide Directions and availability).
• Depart 1770
• Stop at Bundaberg for lunch
• Drive past Glasshouse Mountains
• Arrive Surfers Paradise at approx. 8 pm (Brisbane drop offs on request)

Sunset Kayaking Tour: Go for a Sunset paddle in Busted Bay with professional guides, as they take you for a ride in the surf to spot Dolphins and other marine animals. Enjoy some wine and nibbles. Very enjoyable. $39

Surfing Lessons: Learn to Surf on the most northern Surf beach in Queensland with professional surfing instructors. Sunset Safaris offer the cheapest 2 hour surf lesson in Australia. $33

The LARC: Ride the LARC, 1/2 Bus 1/2 boat that crosses both land and sea, taking you on a Sunset Tour of Busted Bay through pristine waterways and deserted beaches. Beautiful and relaxing. $35

Accommodation

All accommodation is right beside the beach in Agnes Water, with swimming pool and direct beach access for that moonlit walk. Join us at night for great activities around the bar or down on the beach to watch the shooting stars.
