Itinerary
Day 1: Litchfield National Park
Pick up between 6:30 and 7:00 am from Darwin accommodation. Highlights today will include Magnetic Termite Mounds, the magnificent falls of Tolmer, Wangi and Florence and the truly beautiful Buley Rockhole. Enjoy lunch and a swim at the falls, before continuing to Katherine via Adelaide River. Lunch at Monsoons, Wangi Falls. Arrive in Katherine at approximately 5:30pm.
Day 2: Katherine
Depart Katherine at approximately 8:00am for a 2 hr Nitmiluk (Katherine) Gorge cruise. After your cruise, visit the Katherine Museum, then enjoy lunch at Pine Tree Motel. After lunch, take pleasure in a swim at the Katherine Hot Springs before travelling to Springvale Homestead for afternoon tea and a historical tour of the oldest standing homestead in the Territory. Visit other local attractions during the rest of the afternoon before arriving back at your accommodation at approximtely 5.00pm.
Day 3: Kakadu National Park
Depart Katherine at 7:30am for an exciting 2 days in Kakadu. Enjoy the slendour of Edith Falls, a deep pool fringed by pandanus palms and high cliffs, bfore entering Kakadu National Park through the southern entrance via Pine Creek and Mary River. Arrive at Cooinda, home of Yellow Water and take pleasure in the variety of birds, wildlife and crocodiles on a sunset cruise. Overnight at your choice of accommodation either Gagudju Lodge our the Safari Camp.
Day 4: Kakadu National Park
Depart at 7.00am for Nourlanfie Rock, just magic at this time of the morning. Today will create long lasting memories of Kakadu for you, including Ubirr, Bowali Visitor Centre, Border Store, East Alligator and so much more. Arrive in Darwin at approximately 5:00pm.

Kakadu Accommodation
Budget / Safari Camp: The Safari Camp eco tents are free standing with a raised timber floor, comfortable single beds, linen, blankets, pillows, solar lights, fans and torches are supplied. A camp kitchen is equipped to cater for everyones needs. We highly recommend staying at the camp during the months of May to September as temperatures are very pleasant. Toilet facility is available on site. Showers are located at Gagudju Lodge just a short distance from our Safari Camp. Please have your toiletries easily accessible in your day pack including your towel while in Kakadu.
