Itinerary

On departing Adelaide we travel the scenic route through the Torrens Gorge. Our first stop is The Big Rocking Horse where you can browse the famous toy factory, view the native animals and purchase tea, coffee or morning snack (own cost).

From there we travel the picturesque countryside to Angaston to visit Angas Park Dried Fruits. Here you can taste and purchase a superb range of dried fruits, nuts and chocolate-coated items. Our first winery stop is at Wolf Blass Winery. Taste a range of their award winning wines, while enjoying the ambience of their new state of the art Visitor's Centre. Nuriootpa Vine Inn is our venue for a delicious 2 Course a-la-carte lunch.

Stanley Lambert Wines is our second winery stop where we taste some of their award winning wines. We stop at Menglers Hill Lookout, one of the best views over the Valley (time permitting). Grant Burge on Krondorf offers an excellent range of wines for our next winery tasting experience.

Our fourth winery visit is to Kies Family Wines where their friendly staff provide some fines wines, muscats and ports to finish the day. Last we stop at The Whispering Wall, an acoustic phenomenon not to be missed before heading back to the City.
